Each player may hold only one kitayamachu account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the kitayamachu website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. kitayamachu reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the kitayamachu Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. kitayamachu makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law, that you are not acting on behalf of another person, and that you are not a professional player, agent, or representative of any gaming-related organization unless expressly permitted by kitayamachu in writing.
Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of kitayamachu, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any games or promotions on the Platform.
To access the full features of the kitayamachu Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile number, and a valid email address.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) kitayamachu account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. kitayamachu employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:
kitayamachu is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
kitayamachu reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kitayamachu login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. kitayamachu strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You agree to notify kitayamachu immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. kitayamachu will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
kitayamachu accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and other methods as may be added or removed from time to time at kitayamachu's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. kitayamachu does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are generally credited to your kitayamachu account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
kitayamachu is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). kitayamachu reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering activity is suspected. Deposits made to a kitayamachu account must originate from funds legally owned by the account holder.
kitayamachu offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your kitayamachu account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
kitayamachu reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit, and to void any winnings derived therefrom, where kitayamachu reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct that kitayamachu determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
kitayamachu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. kitayamachu will not be liable to any player for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the modification or withdrawal of a promotion.
All games available on the kitayamachu Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. kitayamachu uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on kitayamachu's servers, the server-side result shall be the definitive record. kitayamachu's decision on all game-related disputes is final and binding.
kitayamachu reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kitayamachu Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the kitayamachu Platform — including but not limited to the kitayamachu brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kitayamachu or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the kitayamachu Platform without prior written consent from kitayamachu.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kitayamachu's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kitayamachu account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kitayamachu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if kitayamachu has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
kitayamachu does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond kitayamachu's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. kitayamachu will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.

Players who have self-excluded from the kitayamachu Platform are prohibited from attempting to circumvent the self-exclusion by registering new accounts. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any funds therein handled in accordance with kitayamachu's responsible gaming procedures.
kitayamachu reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kitayamachu reasonably suspects or determines that: the player has breached these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct; the player's account poses a regulatory, compliance, or reputational risk to kitayamachu; or kitayamachu is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may request the closure of your kitayamachu account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. kitayamachu reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as specified in the applicable fee schedule. Players will be notified before dormancy fees are applied. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed without further notice.
kitayamachu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kitayamachu will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the kitayamachu Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kitayamachu Platform shall first be submitted to kitayamachu's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent kitayamachu from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
